Thursday evenings 6:30pm-7:45pm for spa clients
Friday 9am-5pm, Spa clients 10am-1:30pm
Saturday 9am-5pm, Spa clients 10am-2:30pm

COVID-19 CAMPUS Safety Protocols
Our safety protocols will be reviewed and updated regularly to follow the latest CDC guidelines to further help stop the spread of the COVID-19 Virus.
Preemptive Employee & Student Screening
- Screen yourself at home prior to coming to the campus
- If you have a temperature of 99 degrees or exhibit flu like symptoms (Cough, Body Aches etc) please stay at home.
- If you have been exposed to COVID-19 stay at home until you are symptom free for at least 72 hours and satisfy other CDC requirements prior to returning to the campus.
- Temperature testing and other CDC safety guidelines will take place upon arrival at the campus.
- Anyone that fail the health screening will be asked not to enter.
Safety Protocols
Students, Educators and Staff will be trained in CDC COVID-19 safety and sanitation guidelines. All students, clients, visitors and staff are required to wear masks whiles on campus. Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing will be encouraged throughout the day. Hand washing is required before and after performing services on clients, friends and family. Social distancing is encouraged.

The Spa at ESI at The Elaine Sterling Institute takes our student, staff, guest, and invitee health and safety seriously. We greatly appreciate your understanding should we cancel your appointment for any of the above reasons.
- Visitors of The Elaine Sterling Institute must enter through main entrance at food court.
- Visitors are encouraged to take their own temperature and perform health checks prior to entering the Campus.
- If you have a temperature of 99 degrees or exhibit flue like symptoms (Cough, Body Aches etc) please do not enter the campus.
- Visitors should refrain from entering the campus if they exhibit flu like symptoms.
- Anyone exposed to COVID-19 will be expected to stay at home in quarantine until they are symptom free for 72 hours and satisfy other CDC requirements.
- All clients and visitors of The Elaine Sterling Institute are required to wear masks or facial covering. We will make available hand sanitizing stations throughout the retail area and the school.
- All visitors will have their temperature taken using infrared thermometers.
